Celebrate the feeling of Warp Knit
We collaborated with director Lucy Hardcastle and the agency Clubhouse to create an abstract interpretation of Adidas’ Warp Knit technology for Adidas Women. Our challenge was to make the viewer feel as though they could reach out and touch the clothing. This was about tangibility.
Testing, designing, typesetting & creating.
Working with Lucy, we developed concepts for scenes that would convey the three key features in an abstract but tangible fashion. It was about finding an approach that would promote Warp Knit as a second skin for active women.
We worked through an iterative design process, testing particle simulations to create individual threads, different texturing simulations and body rigging. We shot the product at incredible detail, to achieve the realistic texture inherent in Warp Knit.
