Transformers: Rise of the Beasts
Off the back of the successful Dungeons & Dragons idents, we got to work on promoting the latest Transformers movie, Rise of the Beasts. A series of mechanical logo transformations for Channel 5, MTV, Comedy Central and Paramount themselves, brought to life with intricate CG mechanical animations and effects. The logos remodel themselves, including a deeper dive into the inner mechanics of the transformation, before they complete as the iconic Transformers and Maximal marks.
Dungeons & Dragons
We created a series of idents for Paramount’s channels, tying into the recent blockbuster, Dungeons & Dragons. The fantasy, filmic world is brought to life within the logos themselves, with rich texturing and details inspired by the film. We created procedural flames and a wealth of epic VFX to embellish the logos, the scene ending with the magnificent Owlbear from the movie.
An adaptable approach
Our approach allowed for transformations that were adaptable to a range of different TV channels, each with dramatically different logo forms.
Family favourites
We've also worked across a number of idents for family favourite such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Paw Patrol, Garfield, Despicable Me and more. These example either work by inserting assets such as Minions into a purely Paramount world, or by transporting the audience from one visual world into another.
All versions have to work alongside the existing branding, combining two rich visual worlds and making them work together. We took all animations and adapted them to a plethora of different language translations.
