Music Strands

MTV enlisted us to create a series of broadcast assets for six new shows or ‘music strands’ across some of their different channels. Each 'strand' needed to work within the overarching MTV world whilst retaining its own unique look and individual concept stemming from the content of the show.

For each strand, we designed and created a series of outputs including openers, closers, bumpers and editable countdown number assets. Each show needed flexibility to work across different channels, with different colour palettes and for different eras.

We worked on each strand from idea creation, through to visual storyboarding, right through to the final output, utilising a variety of different 2D and 3D motion techniques to bring the designs to life.
